“Don’t be stressed” – A list of Related Health Issues Today

Nowadays no one really has time to check their health status because they are too busy with work, school, or different activities.

Heres some health issues:

Heart disease – it is said  generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. Other heart conditions, such as those that affect your heart’s muscle, valves or rhythm, also are considered forms ofheart disease.

Asthma – a respiratory condition marked by attacks of spasm in the bronchi of the lungs, causing difficulty in breathing. It is usually connected to allergic reaction or other forms of hypersensitivity.

Obesity  – is defined as a disease in which excess body fat has accumulated to an extent that health is adversely affected1. Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference are used to assess a person’s weight.

Gastrointestinal problems – Functional disorders. Functional disorders are those in which the bowel looks normal but doesn’t work properly. They are the most common problems affecting the colon and rectum, and include constipation and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The primary causes for functional disorders include: Eating a diet low in fiber.
